Entry is free of charge, but donations are most welcome as the museum is run entirely by volunteers and through charitable donations.
Whilst much of the museum is wheelchair accessible, regrettably the upper gallery is only accessible via stairs and no lift is available.
- Groups welcome by prior arrangement.

- No 5 bus from Grimsby Town station every 30 mins Sat, hourly Sun
